Million $ suburbs - interesting. But what would be more relevant ... ?

Do these charts mean anything for practical purposes? Probably not, bit they’re interesting nevertheless. What would really have meaning is the breakup of suburbs in the various capital cities by price bracket, and each in respect of units versus houses. We’ll keep our eye out, but if anyone has something along those lines, I would be pleased to hear.
